How it works

Three steps from binder to proof.

  1. Choose your state, licenses and accrediting bodies

Tell us where you operate and who accredits you. You see only the concepts that apply to you.

  2. Work each concept once

A concept is our wording of one requirement. It maps to every standard and rule that asks for it, so one policy or one drill record counts everywhere it applies.

  3. Show the proof

Open the evidence behind every score. Give a surveyor read-only access to exactly what they need, until a date you set.

The workspace

Everything a survey asks for, in one place.

Policies, proof, people and the work that connects them, all organized around one library of concepts.

Why switch

Binders were never built for rules that change.

Survey day

The surveyor sees what you chose to show.

A surveyor arrives. You open one view with the policies, the proof and the training records the visit covers, and nothing else. When the visit ends, so does the access.

You decide what is in the view and the date it ends. Every opening is on the record.

Security and trust

What we can say today.

Only what is true now. The security and trust page goes further, lists who handles data for us and lists who handles data for us.

Each organization is walled off

Every query is scoped to one organization. A person sees only the organizations they belong to.

On

Every change is on the record

Who changed what, and when, is kept in an audit trail that administrators can read.

Sample data stays in test

Our test environments hold made-up data only. Real client information exists only in production.

How pricing works
Questions

Straight answers.

Does Accreditation OS make us accredited?

No. We help you prepare, organize and keep proof ready. The accreditor or state agency makes every decision.

Can we keep using our licensed manuals?

Yes. Our concepts are our own wording, and each one shows the citation numbers it maps to. The exact text of a standard is shown only to organizations entitled to that edition, from the manual you license.

Do you sign a BAA?

We plan to, before any client information is loaded. You can request one on the security and trust page. Until it is signed, do not put client information into the product.

Can we cancel any time?

Plans run in 12-month terms and renew automatically, whether you pay monthly or annually. Turn off renewal before the term ends to stop the next one.

We are licensed in Ohio and accredited by CARF. Is that covered?

Ohio group homes, Ohio behavioral health services and CARF Behavioral Health are where we start. Each is in progress and none has been released to customers yet. See the status of every framework

Does it work with our EHR and HR system?

Not yet. Connections to those systems are on the plan, and we will say so on this site when one works. Today, records come in as files you upload.
