What it does

Evidence once, credit everywhere.

  • A link is not proof

    Evidence has a type, a period, a reviewer and an expiry. A file that nobody reviewed is shown as pending, not as done.

  • Counts for every source

    Attach a record to a concept once. It counts for each standard and rule the concept maps to.

  • Unknown stays unknown

    When an expiry or a reviewer is missing, the screen says so. Nothing is assumed.

  • Readiness is internal

    The score is our measure of how much proof you have organized. It is kept apart from any decision by an accreditor or an agency.

Questions

Before you ask.

Does a high readiness score mean we are accredited?

No. Readiness is an internal measure. The accreditor or state agency makes every decision, and we never describe a score as accredited, licensed or compliant.

Do files go through your servers when we upload?

No. The browser receives a short-lived ticket for one file and uploads straight to storage. The server then records it.

Can we exclude something that does not apply?

Yes. An exclusion is recorded with a reason and an approver, and it is shown separately in the breakdown.
