People and operations

The records people create.

Training, incidents, complaints, surveys, drills, audits and quality improvement, kept as records with an owner and a date, ready for the person who asks.

Operations

The work, with its owner and its status.

Each record names who is responsible, what state it is in and which concepts it supports. The same list works on a phone, on the shift where it happens.

What it does

Seven kinds of record, one set of concepts.

  • Training

Required trainings by role, with completion dates and who is current, ready to hand a surveyor.

  • Incidents

Report on the shift it happens, note who the rules require you to tell and when, and track the corrective action.

  • Complaints

Receive, route and close complaints with the dates the rules ask for, and keep the outcome on the record.

  • Surveys

Collect feedback from the people you serve and your staff, and keep the results where the concepts are.

  • Drills

Log start and end times on a phone, review what happened and fix it before anyone asks.

  • Audits

Walk the standards the way a surveyor will, and see every open item with its owner.

  • Quality improvement

Track the goal, the measure and the change from one cycle to the next, tied to the requirement it serves.

Questions

Before you ask.

Are all of these available today?

Modules open in stages. The product page and coverage page say what is available now, and a module that is not ready is not shown to customers.

Who can see an incident?

Only the people the organization's permissions allow. Restricted modules never put details in email: they say something needs attention and link in.

Can employees use it on a phone?

Yes. Pages work from 360px wide and can be used by keyboard, so a drill or an incident can be recorded where it happens.

Keep the records where the rules are.

Pricing is by size, not by module, and every plan includes every module.
