You can ask for a refund within 30 days of signing up for a plan.
How much is refunded
If you have not drafted any documents with the AI features and have not exported anything, we refund the full amount you paid.
If you have drafted documents with the AI features or exported anything, we refund the amount you paid less the costs your use created, such as AI processing.
After 30 days
Plans run for a 12-month term that renews automatically, and monthly billing is a 12-month commitment. After the first 30 days, payments are not refunded. Turn off renewal before the term ends to stop the next term.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account’s email address with your organization’s name. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our reseller, and go back to the original payment method.
