Access that ends on a date.
Accreditation and licensing surveyors get read-only access to what they need to review, and it stops on the date you set. No file sent the night before, no account to clean up after.
Read-only, scoped and dated.
You choose which areas a reviewer can read and when access ends. They see the evidence behind the score, and they change nothing.
Sample organization. Every code, count and name in these cards is made up.
| Reviewer | From | Can read | Ends | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sample accreditation surveyor | Accreditor | Health and safety, policies | 2027-03-14 | Active |
| Sample licensing surveyor | State agency | Incidents, training | 2027-01-31 | Scheduled |
| Sample consultant | Outside reviewer | Policies | 2026-09-01 | Ended |
Reviewers cannot edit.
A reviewer reads what the grant covers. They cannot add, change or delete a record.
A survey visit without the boxes.
You choose the scope
Grant access to the areas a visit needs, such as health and safety and policies, and nothing else.
It ends on its own
Every grant has an end date. When it passes, access stops without anyone remembering to remove it.
Not counted in your plan
Surveyors you invite for read-only review do not count as preparers or employees.
On the audit trail
Granting, changing and ending access is recorded with who did it and when.
Before you ask.
Does the surveyor need an account?
They sign in to review, with an invitation from your organization. Their access is limited to the grant you made.
Can a surveyor see everything?
No. A reviewer sees only the areas the grant names, and restricted modules stay closed unless you include them.
Does this replace the survey binder?
It replaces the box of paper with a view of the live record. Binder exports remain available while your account is current.
Be ready before they arrive.
